The temptation in a growing organisation is to solve friction with volume. If alignment is shaky in a team of ten, cracks in structure and measurement become fractures in a team of a hundred. Scale without a calibrated foundation is not a powerhouse. It is a house that needs constant firefighting to stay upright.
Alignment has to precede automation. Clarity has to precede capacity. Before you add more weight, check whether intent, structure, culture, and measurement can carry the load. Otherwise you are not scaling success. You are scaling the chaos.
